SAN CHOY BOW

San Choy Bow
Ingredients
- 1.5 Tbsp Chilli oil
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Carrots finely chopped
- 3 Portobello mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1 Capsicum finely chopped
- 1 Pack Turkey mince (optional) or vegan option you can use beans.
- 1 Pack San Choy Bow sauce
- Crushed nuts (Optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add onion and ginger, fry until the onion starts to brown in colour. Add your turkey mince. Keep mixing the mince around whilst it is frying allowing it to brown evenly. After 5 min, add all the other ingredients for the filling.
- After 4 minutes, add your pack of San Choy Bow sauce to the mixture. Continue stir frying all the ingredients for another 5-7 min.
- Once cooked, remove the pan from the heat. Set aside as you place your lettuce leaves onto plates. To serve, spoon some Filling into the lettuce cups. Top with nuts or seeds, bundle it up and enjoy!
